I would recommend this hotel. Services are excellent. The restaurants are exceptional and the overall impression is great. My understanding is that this the only Ritz in South America and the name definitely is honored here.

Great experience! pay the extra for club level. Everything you would expect from the Ritz. Personal service, wonderful staff. 5 stars! Rooftop pool and hot tub are very nice. Rooms were just what you would expect from the Ritz, elegant, spotless. Book spa appointments prior to visiting.

I stayed over at the Ritz Carlton Santiago with my wife and daughter for 5 nights to celebrate New Year's Eve in Chile. The property is well kept and exactly what you would expect by staying at a Ritz Carlton property. The location is amazing with great restaurants just a few steps away. We were warmly greeted and taken care...

We made the Ritz Carlton our base in Chile and were extremely happy. The rooms are classy, as you would expect from any Rtiz Carlton. And very quiet. The pool, exercise room and spa on the roof are just incredible and offer nice views over Santiago. We ate breakfast and one dinner at the hotel restaurant; all meals were delicious...

This is our second time at this property, this time we splurged on a "Club Level" room. Our room had a great view and was very roomy and laid out well. While the club level is somewhat pricey, you get your internet for free, and they have a very respectible Continental Breakfast. Actually they have finger food all day. We...

Stayed here on business and used the (to be closed) spanish restaurant to host a large dinner for clients. Service very good, it is a luxury hotel tucked away on a small square in one of the best areas in Santiago so its quite quiet. The Club level is very nice.

Not a recommended option for Santiago. Very American (or Pseudo-British) in terms of style but pretty Un-American in terms of hygienic standards. The restaurants are a notable positive exception to the rather disappointing general impression.

First room was unacceptable because it was on first level in view of people outside. Second room higher up was okay. I found some of the rooms a bit shabby. Tapas restaurant was delightful. The room was quiet and the shower was fine once it warmed up. Probably would choose another hotel if I were to return to Santiago.

Apart from the exceptional quality you expect from the Ritz Carlton group - the Club Level amenity here was excellent. Located in a convenient and very safe part of Santiago it is surrounded by upmarket shops, restaurants and wine bars. We stayed on the same level (my preference) as the Club Lounge and it felt just like an extension of...

This hotel is tired and not as clean as it should be. The public areas have been redone and are comfortable. The rooms are standard fare and then tired and dirty. And they charge you for wi-fi in your room. Felt like being nickle and dimed. Breakfast was good and friendly wait staff. Workout space an after thought...subpar.
