This hotel for sure not 4 star, as they positioned themselves. Good situated in Santiago. Close to mall Parque Arauco (2km). Room upstairs (2-3floor) required renovation. Normal breakfast (repeat only for 3 star hotel). Don't have elevator at all.

I said vintage but it really need some improvements in rooms. Any way we got a room with a beutiful view of the (still with snow) chilean Andes. In average the room was comfortable. Location is the best, 20 mins walk to parque Arahuaco and some malls in Las Condes district. Lots of good restaurants close to the hotel. give... More

This hotel is about five minutes from the Santiago International Airport and roughly half the price of the on-airport hotel. The free shuttle is efficient and makes this a reasonable choice. The hotel itself is no big deal. It is clean, more-or-less efficient and average in every way. The breakfast that comes with the room is absolutely inedible. The eggs... More

The hotel is well located in Las Condes area, close to Manquehue station. The building has a vintage mountain style. The breakfast is great and the staff was nice. The only downside is the room: the layout is terrible. The room is spacious but 50% of the space is non functional. The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I've ever seen... More

Picturesque hotel that is charming and sweet. Huge room with a lovely view. Scrumptious dinner menus and delicious morning buffet, complete with strawberry juice! Just terrific and a great retreat for those who want some relaxation time

Very good price. Very good breakfast (included in price). Room was comfortable. Bathroom was impressively small. Got a nice surprise when paying for parking: guests have a big discount and overall the parking price was cheap

We stayed two separate nights at this hotel. The hotel provided transportation from the airport but the customer had to pay for the return trip to the airport. It was not expensive. It is a good choice for one night if you are flying the next day. The breakfast was good, plentiful with nice options. The room was small with... More

I was unfortunate to get a room by the front desk. Wasn't to pleased with the noise of the public washroom on the other side of our room. The room did not come with an iron, they outsource that service which was closed early in the day! The fellow at the front desk was not to helpful, he also charged... More

This hotel is a good choice to stay overnight near airport in Santiago if you want to just transfer the flight. We live the hotel for its super clean and spacious room, good restaurant on site to serve clients from the airport, and the free airport transfer. Also the hotel serves breakfast starting 4.30am a very early time to accommodate... More
