I spent 2 sleepless nights here due to completely ineffective air conditioning. The location on a nice pedestrian street is great. There are a couple nice outdoor bars within a block. It's walking distance to all the main downtown attractions. However, I had a top floor room and while the hotel advertises air conditioning the units they have in the...

the guys don't have equipement or skills to run a hotel. on lower level it seems ok but the 3rd floor is terrible and the presentation pictures are misleading. only one window facing the corridor. you feel like in a rathole. smell from bathrooms because the bathroom window is opened on the same corridor. two more holes on the wall....

Friendly front desk staff, most with some English-speaking ability. Excellent breakfast, well above average for a budget hotel. The Londres location is in a charming corner of Santiago. Two universities nearby; Plaza d'Armas within walking distance. Wi-Fi is spotty except in large lobby common room

Nice boutique hotel in an artsy area. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A nice location. Our room was nice and every night that we were there, we heard music below us...strollers walking about and people singing and playing their musical instruments. Very nice breakfast and good coffee. The hotel was close to all...

Recently spent a night here due to good reviews on TA and the great location for walking. Hotel is situated mostly on cobbled pedestrian streets, thus not much noise from cars. We requested a room on the third floor for three people and it was very quiet. Room was fine, beds/linens comfortable, brand new air conditioner, flat screen tv and...

We stayes here for 1 night as we had a connecting flight the following day. The hotel is very central and hence allowed us to have a walk and spend a couple of hours to some central sights like plaza del armas and a nearby park with a fortress. The room was nice and clean with good beds and had...

This hotel is traditional but with decent facilities in a cobbled part of town near the university. The staff are nice, breakfast is ok and is available early if you let them know you have an early start. Rooms are a little old fashioned but have a tv and the facilities you need. The bar/restaurant next door is pricey but...

Only last year we stayed in Vegas Hotel and we came back this year. The location is perfect for exploring Santiago, near to the main attractions, shops and restaurants on foot. Everything is clean, breakfast sufficient and staff very kind. The rates for the rooms are good value for money!

Quaint and cute hotel. Staff were very helpful. There are a few flights of stairs (no lift, and just in case your suitcase is heavy!) great location to walk around the Santiago City Centre. Room/bathroom was on the small side, although no issue for just one person. I didn't realise Chile had unusual power points (3 small rounded prongs?) however...
