This was a great surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were well appointed and clean. A great breakfast buffet was included each morning which could be enjoyed the lobby dinner area or on the patio in the lush gardens. It also has a great pool and afternoon coffee and tea with biscuits

I stayed at Acacias de Vitacura because it was a good hotel that wasn't far from the Cricket grounds where we participated for the South American Cricket championships. I would say the room was comfortable, it had a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. The view was also amazing! It was nice to unwind and rest here after a hard...

Nice room with a balcony. Good breakfast included in price but poor restaurant for other meals and no other places to eat nearby. This hotel is only good if you have transportation, as it is in a residential area removed from any restaurants or shops. The property is lovely with extensive gardens and the owners' charming collections of antiques and...

We spent 8 days in the apartment - a couple and adult son. It was clean and comfortable. No cooking facilities but you could get room service. Cute hotel with helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Quiet. Regular buses. We took bus to Los Dominicos metro station and hopped on metro to centre.

The hotel itself has an old-school, rustic charm and is surrounded by lots of greenery (a rare find in concrete-loving Santiago). The decor is simple, with antique focal pieces such as old carriages and riding equipment. The rooms are simple but clean and though there are cracks and obvious imperfections due to wear and tear, the rooms are confortable enough...

Dear guest, We thank you for your opinion that will help us improve our service. Your dinner was served in one of our board rooms as your party did not want to use our restaurant for privacy. It could be used until 23:00, time in which cleaning and preparation had to start for next day early guests. Our lobby is...

I have stayed in many major hotels around the world on business but this boutique hotel felt very warm and comfortable. I had corporate lunch meetings by their garden side and my clients complimented the serenity. The rooms are not state of the art but very clean and relaxing. I had a good size balcony overlooking the garden and part...

Stayed at this hotel because all others were completely booked. My room had 2 tiny beds and low on the floor, no toilet trees provided, Internet connection failed every minute, and the restaurant service could have not been worse.

We spent four nights at the Acacias de Vitacura. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was warm and friendly. I loved the beautiful garden and swimming pool.
