Central location. Clean, modern, and basically functional accommodation. Reliable internet. Look to check in online, if possible to save time. There are many rooms, so depending on time of day, can be crowded in the lobby and individual attention slows down. Generally comfortable and quite good value for the price,

We stayed on two separate visits during December 2016. The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The climate control works well and the windows also open, even on high floors. The service was very polite and helpful. I mostly spoke (broken) Spanish. I would absolutely stay here again.

Located pretty central in Santiago. Free parking despite our extended (past checkout) stay to accommodate a really late flight to our next stay in Costa Rica. Room was clean (slightly in disrepair-shower door did not close completely), meal at the restauraunt was good, staff were friendly & helpful (bought a Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour ticket 22USD) all-in-all a reasonably good experience.

We stayed here during Christmas. Good value for the price, located near metro in a nice neighbourhood. Staff are helpful, mostly Spanish speking, the restaurant is open from the morning to late in the evening. Standard is better than Ibis in other cities.

We spent two nights in this hotel after a cruise. We found that the hotel was very similar to the other Ibis hotels we have stayed in. This is great as we always find the Ibis hotels are a great budget hotels that we can count on in other cities. The price was very reasonable. The room is small but...

This hotel was the total package. Great location, friendly staff, and cost effective. Stayed 6 days with 21 yr old son a visit to Chile. The rooms are small by US standards but very clean and efficient. The double room has 2 twin beds. Very comfortable and we slept well. We had no problems maneuvering ourselves in the room. The...

I was looking for a hotel close to several touristic points in Santiago, and this Ibis Providencia fits into this classification. But the lack of cleanliness (white towels were almost gray) besides their poor breakfast (missing items) turns this hotel into a non recommended one.

City is very interesting, very good metro transportation system, clean, safe to walk, many cultural attractions, historical sites and excellent food and wine. Easy for tourist from all over the world once many information points are available. Hotel was in a short walk to metro station.

No surprises. It is a ibis hotel. You know what you will get. Good bed, small room but clean, poor breakfast, etc. If you want more, ibis is not the place for you. One thing good about this ibis is the location. You can find food, beer, bars etc just one block away. You also can walk to Patio Bela...
