The apartment is very comfortable and modern. Very trendy, but found some issues with regards to the refrigerator and the cleaning of the apartment. The refrigerator didn't work fine (it didn't cool the food, drinks or anything inside). We had to power up the freezer in order to get some cold below. On another hand, the cleaning personnel didn't come... More

very nice location. The loft was clean and comfy. Nice tv with cable and English channels. Bed was nice and comfortable. A nice supermarket with a lot of imported products is next door. Many restaurants, pubs and attractions are within walking distance. A decent tour operator was just across the street. Although they tried hard, receptionists didn't speak very good... More

Spent three nights here with my husband and enjoyed our stay. When booking this property please be aware it is not a hotel. It isn't a boutique hotel. It is a serviced apartment (housekeeping services only) and does not have all the amenities of a hotel or resort: no bellman, no concierge, no on-site restaurant, and no room service. You... More

We arrived late at night and were helped by the lady on the front desk up to checkin- at 407B. She was very friendly and patient with our lack of Spanish. Checkin was easy and we were given our keys to our little apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. There's wifi in the room... More

First fail for me when using Trip Advisor to pick a hotel. For the tight budget traveller who doesn't mind a damp musty room it is probably excellent value. For me, I couldn't stay for health concerns. The hand rails in the bathroom were extremely rusted. This was not the worst of it. It took an hour to get to... More

Location is good, close to the shopping area and subway stations. The apartment was awesome, very modern with full kitchen, bed, toiletries, amazing wifi, even a pool and laundry service. It cost us about $54usd a night and it is the best value hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no room service or anything but rooms are ceaned... More

We arrived a Santiago Airport with no real idea of where to stay but were helped by the man at the Turistik desk. The choice proved to be excellent, an apartment for the price of a hotel. It was cleanand airy and provided an excellent base to tour the city. The Plaza de Armas was three blocks away and the... More

You can walk around and easily find shops, restaurants, sight seeing spots..etc. nice and clean. Small but lovely pool on rooftop with great view. you can't ask more with this low... More

This apartment was a great place to start our S America trip. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we had booked longer! Everything you could need is here - a kitchen with 4ring gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, plates etc and they provided some washing up liquid / a sponge too! (No teatowel but a... More
