The wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way home to Australia from Iguazu Falls in Argentina. The hotel is in an extremely nice area, and is close to everything, including the huge Costanera Centre. The hotel itself is well presented, and kept immaculately clean, both inside and out. All hotel staff that we had any dealings...

Although comfortable and roomy, the hotel could use a redo. The lobby and sitting room furnishings need fluffy cushions and new fabric. The cushions show flat impressions and used fabric. The bathroom in our room had a mildew smell which has been consistent in so many hotels we have stayed in. (It would be great to treat shower and sink...

The hotel is very confortable, but It has two big downsides to be highlighted: the Wi-Fi is terrible (only works in some rooms and with very low speed), and one of the bathrooms in the two bedroom apartment is very little.

I stayed here about 15 years ago and when I found out I was coming back to Chile, I found the Hotel El Bosque and booked it! It's a great place to stay. Breakfast is great, rooms are good size and the room has a small kitchen. The staff is very nice and the location can't be beat. I will...

We got there quite late at night but everything was ready for us. Quick check in and room service at 1:00am. Beds are good , bathroom is a little tight specially the shower. We got a two bedrooms and two bathrooms room with a little kitchen and living room. Very convenient for our family (parents and 2 teen daughters). Location...

This all-suite hotel offers convenience and safety for business travelers. Meticulously clean, spacious rooms include kitchenettes and living areas. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel is quiet, and the Las Condes location is safe, walkable, and convenient to both restaurants and businesses. However, I've stayed here approximately 20 nights over the past two years and found the front desk staff...

Everything about this hotel is great, the rooms are huge, they have a fridge and a kitchen. There are two supermarkets on the same block where you can get groceries. The location is great, three blocks away from Costanera Center and two blocks from Isidora where you have many restaurants to choose from. This is truly a great hotel.

Location in Las Condes was handy, close to good restaurants. Room very clean and tidy, staff reasonably efficient. Beware the hotel restaurant, cafe is not licensed, so no alcoholic bevs. Service in that area also left something to be desired.

Excellent place to stay; quiet, nice neighborhood, friendly staff, a 10-minute walk to Tobalaba Metro stop. Tobalaba is about a 30-minute Metro ride to center of Santiago. About 15-minute walk from Costanera Shopping center and tower. The tower has 360 degree views of Santiago skyline and Andes mountains in the distance.
