I have been travelling for 3 months in South America and worst hostel I have been so far. The room was small, dirty and no window. The showers were horrible, and in the toilets the toilet were everywhere on the floor because they didn't clean it. When we arrived the manager was horrible. He has no idea how to speak...

Awful place. They made an error on the website for booking.com and then chose to cancel our booking leaving us in difficulties and blaming us saying it was our card when our card details were fine and it was meant to be a pay on arrival anyway. They had the cheek to say they would be kind enough to waive...

Was a short experience, but it was nice. The price is quite good comparing with others hostels. The staff was very helpful all the time. Restaurants and pubs are near the hostel. It is a great way to stay in Santiago and save money.

At first we stayed at the low cost place. The first night was a bit problematic but the next morning everything got sorted out and we got an apology for the things that went wrong. A special mention should go to Gonzalo, one of the people that works there. He seemed to know the business very well, was very polite,...

I stayed there on a freezing Autumn night (five degrees or less) in a very warm and comfortable private room. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and relaxed. The hostel is humble, but cozy, well maintained and clean. The staff offer the guests a smile and a kind word and breakfast for a...

I booked very last minute, arriving tired and a bit frazzled. The staff was nice at first, moved my room 3 times (at first, seeming to accommodate me, later, seeming to accommodate their ability to sell the room to someone else). What is not up for debate, however, was that I woke in the morning, and noticed blood on the...

The place is rather good - people are normally really friendly and if you come in the season for oranges, there's a tree in their yard. :) It's a rather basic place but it has what a hostel needs. Close to central areas and metro.

This is a well equipped hostel, the bedrooms, lounge area and kitchen/dining area are of a decent size. There is also a pool table, table tennis table, a large cable TV and in a separate room a smaller TV for DVDs. The wifi in this hostel is exceptionally good, myself and two other friends were all able to FaceTime simultaneously....
