This hotel was lovely. Beautiful Art Deco style, curved Windows, nice big room, balcony with views across Valparaiso. Right in the centre of the cool & trendy 'grafitti' area with lots of restaurants & bars around and good coffee! Easy walk to the commercial area for anything you may need and easy access to the Ascenions (which you should ride)....

My father lives not far from this wonderful boutique hotel which is how I found it. I have been going there for several years and it is always a great experience. Great location, you can walk and get to local buses and metro easily. What also makes this place special is it is in the midlle of the hill, so...

This hotel/restaurant is in a superb location with great views, including from most of the spacious clean rooms. The admin staff were most helpful, providing us with a booklet of suggested activities/sights and how to get to them. I highly recommend it. Food at ViaVia is also good. Guests get free tea/coffee from the cafe whenever they want. There are...

The room is very nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is just perfect. The location is in the middle of the nice old area of the city, with very nice shops, restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Not forget the hotels own cafe/ restaurant, with large outside terrace, with lovely menu with Belgium, Ecuador...

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. The location was great with easy access to the city center if you don't mind the many steps throughout the city. We enjoyed a dinner of crepes on the outdoor patio and breakfast in the indoor café. Staff were helpful.

Travel to Valpo every year and this place is really great! Hiddeen into the side of a hill on Cerro Alegre, Art Deco style boutique hotel, with great staff and great food. Order the Estofado Boreacho or Pastel de Choclo, and the late noght Belgian Waffle is the greatest. Easy access to Ascensor Reina Victoria and easy walking distance around...

Stayed one night prior to embarking on a Cruise. The staff was most helpful in getting our luggage from the road to the room. Many steps to climb They arranged for a taxi to get us to the pier and helped get our luggage down to the road the next day. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was very nice....

After my hectic stay in the capital Santiago I decided to go "back in time" in Valparaiso, a nostalgic port town 2 hrs from Santiago where everything reminds you to its rich past. Searching for accommodation I selected Via Via because of its Bauhaus Art Deco design, stylish rooms with incredible view over the port and sea. (They even have...

This hotel has a good location on one of the most famous cerros in Valparaíso and our room had a beautiful view over the city. The room could use some better interior design but it was clean and the bathroom was new. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty and they have a lot of good quality beer.

We stayed at Via Via hotel for 2 nights. The location is close to many restaurants and the main sights. It was easy to catch the local bus from the main bus terminal and walk up to the hotel. We had the Campana room which was spacious. Be aware that sound travels and this is near a party street. We...
