Great place to stay in Valpo. Very well located in Cerro Alegre. Close to a lot of small and cute restaurants, stores/boutiques, not too far from the nightlife either. Located at the end of a pedestrian street, so very quiet and safe.

Formerly a house of an English banker, some one hundred years ago, this lovely residency is in a ideal spot away from the noise of the main streets. Our double room is large and the bed comfy. Charming local host too. We loved it.

Yes, I am almost certain. I was on the first floor with one largish bathroom plus a small toilet only at the end of the corridor. Shower was in the bath and not a really up to date shower unit. It is an older style building with more in character than modern amenities. I loved it but it may not be everybody's taste. Owner and wife really friendly and helpful. Hope this answers your query. Enjoy Valparaiso.
