We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Casa Galos- the room was well appointed & comfortable; breakfast was delicious & the staff outstanding. Jorge, Florencina & Angelina were great - they provided valuable tips & help enabling us to maximize the short 2 day stay. Angelina even took us on a tour of Cerra Polanca on her day off - a...

This has to be the best place to stay in Valpo. Our group of 6 had three rooms on level 3 and all were wonderful. The rooms are large, modern and beautifully decorated. They are so quiet and the beds are really comfortable. The rooftop terrace has the best view of the city. Most of all the staff are so...

This hotel was very nice and modern and with a good breakfast. What we liked the most was how friendly and helpful the staff was. It is in a neighborhood with good restaurants but be prepared to walk down a lot of stairs and elevators to reach the downtown, the good thing is there are a lot of taxis that...

Stayed here two evenings during our visit to Chile. Wonderful location at the top of the hills. The room had everything we could ask for, and more, and the rooftop patio was a great place to enjoy wine and watch the sunset. The staff were very helpful and provided breakfast was a complete meal. Many restaurants and bars in the...

We arrived after a long day touring. The lady at the desk said never mind checking in, go and relax. How lovely was that.. Got excellent recommendations for dinner. Clean , comfortable room, loved the upper deck. Good breakfast.

Pros: Great location, charming rooms, friendly staff, good English, lovely dining area and good breakfast. A/C worked well and nice to have an elevator, too! Cute little "kitchenette" although we didn't use those facilities. Cons: Four of us had two rooms on the second floor, both with very dirty floors in the bathroom and bedroom areas. While Angelina apologized profusely,...

Arrived by way of the Cruise Port Terminal. There, for $25, the Transportation desk arranged a van to accommodate 4 adults and luggage; a bargain. Warmly greeted at hotel where bags were kept until room was ready. Our 3rd floor room, #33, was large, well appointed, air conditioned and quiet. The king size bed was very, very comfortable. Breakfast offerings...

Great people, property, breakfast & view, right in the middle of the old English quarter! Cobblestone streets, restaurants, tons of mural art everywhere! Very happy to have chosen Casa Galos and will never hesitate to book it again or recommend to others.

This is a lovely "boutique" hotel in Valparaiso, with very nice decor and spacious rooms. The rooms are so lovely, it's a shame there's so much to see outside. Very comfortable bed, mini fridge, crockery which makes it easy if you feel like a night in. The bathroom, whilst just a shower, was very well appointed. There are areas also...
