This hotel is set in a historic mansion that is renovated just enough to make for a comfortable stay. Many features of the building's original elegance are apparent. Our room was comfortable and beautiful, as were the common areas of the hotel. It is situated on the Cerro Alegre, surrounded by other interesting creative buildings, restaurants and galleries. The views...

We arrived before checking in time after leaving a cruise ship. We had a great welcome and straight into our room. We had to leave at 5.30am the following morning and they insisted on ensuring we had something to eat before we left so breakfast was delivered to our room at 5am. We were given an excellent recommendation for dinner....

Stayed here for two days on a tour of South America. By far the best we stayed in. From the very warm greeting on arrival we could not fault anything. Room was large, extremely comfortable with fantastic views over the town and Pacific. Sunny terraces also had good views and with a very reasonably priced honesty bar to help keep...

Excellent location on cerro allegre, walking distance to Plaza Sotomayor and to all the shops and restaurants on the cerro. We loved Valparaiso! The garden is beautiful, the breakfast view...

I went to visit Valparaiso last November (2015) during my holidays in Chile. I went with an old friend. I had heard mixed impression of Valparaiso and I was afraid my friend would not like it at all. So two days before I searched for a comfortable hotels for two nights in Cerro Alegro, Valparaiso. I thought a nice hotel...

Beautiful hotel, with amazing high ceilings, lots of room, and an excellent view of the harbor. Zerohotel is in the perfect location to explore the hills of the city, shopping, culture, the amazing street art, and of course the Pisco, empanadas, ceviche, and the other amazing food of Valparaiso. The service was highly attentive and courteous. We loved the honesty...
