This place definitely saw better days and actually have great potential to be a lovely gem. The location is great, being in the center within walking distance from most attractions. The inside yard looks nice. But the issue with this place (i really can't call it a hotel) is that the owners are just looking to make money, they don't... More

Our second time here. Only two blocks east of Plaza Grande on main pedestrian mall Chile. Beds are firm, rooms spacious. Staff more than willing to help out. Baths are spartan. Hot water showers, but cold water sinks. WIFI tends to drop sporadically, but is free. Outside rooms have balconies, but best rooms face Chile and allow great people watching... More

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights when visiting Quito. I was very disappointed in the hotel. The room and bathrooms were unclean and outdated and the service was not great. Although the Wifi was free, it only, barely, worked in the hallway. The hotel was in a great location but I would recommend... More

I just recently stayed at this hotel. Its in the center of old Quito. The place is very quiet though there's so much foot traffic in the area. I personally stood on the third floor. The rooms are simple. There is hot water. The hotel fixes your room. At first I did not expect this and had some valuables out.... More

This hotel is looking like it has seen better days, rooms could do with a makeover - no water or even shampoo provided.. Staff don't seem to speak English so brush up on that Spanish. Wifi only works in the lobby / central area. Location is great though - ideal for the Old town / La Ronda etc.

This is a small hotel in a good location. It was not modern in any way - bathrooms have not been updated in a long time, mold on the walls. Towels smell terrible, not sure they let them dry. Smoking is allowed which creates a certain smell. Windows are super thin - if you are in a room with windows,... More

My friends and I stayed in this hotel at the start of our 10 week trip around South America. We were happy with the location of the hotel, just about 3 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas and various historical buildings. The staff were friendly and very approachable and helped us in any way they could. The one thing... More

1) watch your stuff! we came back 45 minutes before check out time - our stuff had been packed and moved out of the room. 2) cleanliness: bathroom full of mold. 3) cost: Add 22% to indicated price for tax and service. Way too expensive for what you get. 4) noise level: windows absolutely not tight - you really participate... More

We spent the first night of our visit here and returned for our last 3 nights. Perfect location for all the sights in Old Town. Easy walk to tour bus stop. Restaurant downstairs was adequate and inexpensive. Loved the little balcony. Staff was always helpful and polite. Street noises start early so we took a room without windows on our... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our room was clean and spatious, and we even had a nice little balcony. The bathroom was a bit small, but ok. It didn't, however, have windows or a good ventilation system and that showed by some fungus on the ceiling. Further, the staff was friendly and helpfull.
