We stayed here for 2 nights, one night pre-tour and one last night after our Amazon tour with Gate 1. We have a late flight into Quito, so we emailed the hotel to book a transfer from Airport to hotel. All emails were replied promptly and the driver was waiting for us with our names at the airport. The hotel...

Great location in old town, with friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance to local attractions and many restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. Rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good showers. Breakfast on the top floor (included) is lovely with a great view of El Panecillo. The hotel is also full of eclectic original artwork in many different styles,...

Great location and extremely helpful staff on the reception! Barely 5 minutes from the key spots in the Old Quito - this was a very good decision. The breakfast is apt and they were courteous enough to get it ready well before time for us to catch the flight back from Quito. Thank you for that. We stayed there for...

Plaza Sucre is located in the Old Town area of Quito. The hacienda is a nicely renovated old structure. The common areas are clean and well decorated. Our room was a small suite. The ample, outer room was outfitted with a good size work space. There was a microwave and fridge with counter space and a good sink. The bathroom...

So relieved to arrive to this hotel in that it was absolutely spotless (had one or two not so clean places prior to this). We had a small issue with cold water in the shower the first day, phoned reception and had hot water all the time after that. The hotel is secure in behind locked gates but you do...

Overall this was a very clean, modern hotel with professional staff that spoke English. The communal areas were nice, and the hotel was artfully decorated. Breakfast was awesome in a room on the fourth floor that overlooks Quito. Location was great - really close to the plaza and sites. Never felt unsafe (plenty of cops all over the streets and...

Great little hotel. The service was professional and courteous. Some rooms have no windows and are stuffy so insure you ask for a window when you book. Breakfast is perfect, fruits, cheeses and good coffee with a beautiful view. Comfortable beds and beautiful décor. The old town area is pretty in the main squares but dirty in the outlying streets....

Location was excellent, friendly staff, services were good. Nice breakfast room. No window to open to get fresh air and noise from people coming in late were the only cons. Prices were reasonable.

Great hotel with wifi, clean rooms, hot water and helpful staff. The breakfast was not great but had a fantastic view of the panacillo. If you stay in the junior sweat you get a kitchen with a sink, microwave and fridge. It has a king size bed with six pillows but the double rooms are pretty spacious and hold two...
