You could probably get a bus to banos and organize transport to machachi from banos! If you email secret garden they will be more than happy to give you some suggestions on how to get there! They are very helpful. The food was amazing as were the activities. Hiking to a waterfall on the first day and then up to pasachoa crater the next day if you choose. these are both free activities. There are others that cost like horse riding or hiking up Cotopaxi/biking down! You don't even need to do activities the secret garden is so relaxing; plus they have 5 beautiful dogs there too :)
