This place used to be doable in the old days when the airport was located in Quito . It used to be fully family run with attention to details . However, since the opening of the new airport at Tababela things have changed a lot . In order to accommodate the international traveler they hired outside staff with more linguistic...

Not as busy as Quito which is a plus. Right on the highway just 15 mins from the airport. Inexpensive. Nice location in the middle of Cumbaya - easy to walk to everything. 2d floor room was quiet, clean. Wifi was fast!

$43 a night for 2 persons. We stayed in room 103, which was 2 doors from reception. Good basic hotel with a fair breakfast. Eggs made to order. There was no night reception, so whenever someone arrived late, they would ring the doorbell for 15-20 min, but there would be no one to respond. Then they would call by telephone...

nice place to stay, can be a bit noisy in hallways. Comfortable bed and fairly good breakfast. Friendly staff. I will stay here again..rooms were a little on the dark side but clean and nice size. Good value.

Ive stayed at lots of places in Ecuador and this is one of the nicer ones. It was very clean, the staff was friendly as well. Its a bit pricy for Ecuador but its worth it. It is pretty noisy at night though as its right next to busy streets and loud traffic. Breakfast was very good ~

The title pretty much sums it up. I stayed here in mid-January 2014; the reservation had been made for me since this hotel was closer to where I had to conduct business than hotels in Quito proper. The first several night I stayed in a room that goes for $30 a night, for a single. It had a decent bed...

acceptable facilities. breakfast is $4.50. nothing to get excited about with the room or food. With room 101, you are right next to the office and you mayhear the door bell all night if anyone wants to come in. The last morning we did not have hot water and a call to reception did not help. A couple of weeks...

I stayed here for one month while working at the New Quito Intl Airport. It is a family run business, so the staff is excellent and understanding. The room rates were 22$ USD per night which included underground parking. Breakfast was available in the mornings for 3$ USD and was very good. The rooms were clean and the staff was...

“Rooms 101 through 104 are too close to the office. Avoid them. Anything facing the street will be noisy.”

“Rooms begin are on the second and third floors. no elevators. Toilet seat secured with one bolt. we ran out of toilet paper.”
WallyM64, 5 Jul 2013 | Read review
“Ask for a room close to the front desk for better wifi. Rooms on the street side are very noisy at night due to traffic especially on the weekends late. There are rooms available which window out above the parking garage but dont offer as much light especially morning light. If you don't speak spanish they will use a computer based translator to help communicate with you because their english isn't the best either. The parking underground is a little tight,be sure if you are renting a vehicle in quito to rent a compact. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes all around this hotel in cumbaya if you are willing to walk about 10-15 minutes.”
