I'm torn writing this review. I like the hotel. It's a very nice building, the staff are great, and the room in general is fine. However, the room was freezing cold at night when I was there and there is no central heat or air....More

I'm glad you had good stay in the hotel, will chek the hot water system, hope to have you here again in the near future
The La Cartuja is a small building located close to many shops, restraunts, markets and park land. The building was beautiful and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond every time anything was requested. I would definetly stay here again

Thank you for your time to write this comments about our hotel, we know this days the weather in Quito is very cold that is not normal for us, I hope to see you again...
Quito has an average evening temperature of 45-50 Far. And this hotel has no heat. It was cold at night even though they provided a lot of blankets. It did have a good location near the Mariscol de Sucre and nice restaurants. Would not recommend.
