Really friendly staff greets you upon arrival. The room appeared and felt much cleaner than what I have experienced in the USA. Clean water to drink is provided in the lobby. Beds are smaller as the people are too but mine fit just fine being 5'9". The wifi signal is strong in my room (5 bars). This hotel is in...

Our family stayed for 2 nights. Embassy Hotel Department was big enough for our family. Beds are too small and mattresses too soft for our taste. We suggest windows and curtains to be cleaned more frequently. Breakfast was ok and staff and service was excellent. Wi-Fi worked perfect for our ipads and laptops. Since it was an apartment, there was...

I've stayed here 3 times in the last couple years. The service is good - friendly staff and good breakfast. I had to head to the airport at 6 am during my last stay. Breakfast is at 6:30, but they provided me with a breakfast - fruit, bread and coffee. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. 4 star?? Not...

I stayed here the first time 3 years ago and recall the rooms being sub-par, but the wifi was strong, the breakfast buffet impressive, and the service good. However, with the exception of the service, I was sorry to find a decline in all of the above during my recent visit to this hotel. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

This hotel is easy to find. Close to rowdy Gringo bars and restaurants. The desk staff is pleasant. The restaurant is never open. The free breakfast is pretty minimal. The serving staff seems determined to make you feel like they don´t want you to be there. Latin music is playing a little too loud in the lobby and breakfast room...

the service and facility are average; what makes it worse is that you have take cold shower after 1:00AM as the hotel turns the heater off purposely. beware that the temperature at midnight in Quito can drop to 6 degrees!!!!

This hotel is great if you're on the go, but if not if you're looking to stay in your room and expect Hilton like luxuries. We got into Quito International at 1030 p.m. and got to the hotel just before midnight - we were exhausted. The doorman received us and we were promptly shown to our room. I will say...

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel, doing day tours most days. Room was clean & fairly spacious. Lighting in room was not good, & desk light did not work as well. First morning woke up to no hot water, which didn't get fixed until the afternoon. It was ok for the rest of the stay though. Free Wi-Fi...

We stayed at this hotel for a total of four nights in two different rooms on our way into and out of Ecuador. Both rooms were clean with decent bathrooms and with smaller beds (full size). One bed was horribly soft and with two people you ended up in the center together, we likened it to sleeping in in a...
