We have a suite on the top floor with a patio and couldn't be happier. The room is very good sized with a very comfortable bed. The top floor has a very nice sitting room we have shared with friends also staying in the hotel. Our patio is good sized with an umbrella table and chairs and a great view... More

This was a really nice hotel. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great and very plentiful. Our only problem was we were in a room on the street side and the noise was loud and went to the early hours of the morning, there was a bar/dance club right across the street. They did provide ear plugs.

Hotel Victoria is perfectly located in Cuenca. The view from the hotel is amazing and the food is espectacular, I definetly recommend the hotel restaurant. I think is one of the best in the city. The staff is very frienfdly.

Was lucky enough to have early check-in for our "romantic king bedded room" with a lovely balcony overlooking the river and the hills around Cuenca. Breakfast is great and the setting very nice. Lots of charm and every time we walked into the lobby from our excursions we were happy to return. Didn't have dinner in the restaurant but the... More

Beautiful hotel on a Main Street in Cuenca. About 10 mins walking to the main plaza. The service, rooms, and food were incredible. Had breakfast and dinner here and both were amazing. Good wine list, too. The hotel has a lot of character with a great view of the city.

Hotel Victoria was amazing! In my own experience, it was the most beautiful, culturally rich, and comforting hotel I've been to (including hotels I've been to in places like New York.) There was such an ambience of true beauty and peace; it was incredible on every level! The hotel itself feels like a very old home, almost like an old... More

What a wonderful, old charm continental atmosphere !, fill with great advantages and inside the old town. Also this jewel has one of the best restaurants if not the best restaurants in town. The Victoria is close to almost everything in the small city of Cuenca.

It was an amazing experience. I loved the hotel because every place was beautiful. The bed was confortable and the view was incredible. The food was delicious, and the restaurant El Jardín is awesome. One of the most important things is the staff, and the people was very polite and helpful. The location is also perfect.

The hotel quoted one rate for a two night stay in my reservation email but charged twice that amount upon check out. The verbiage of their message was quite clear and I feel cheated. I would never stay here again.

We got a fabulous room (307), with panoramic view on the river. At the restaurant the food was amazing and great choice of wine (try the Carménère!). Passionate staff - both at reception and at the restaurant; they were very helpful and friendly. The reception even gave us some great tips for our trip, so we ended up at the... More
