We arrived in Cuzco a day on strike, so it was very calm and relaxing. The hotel is well furbished, calm. The bedrooms are clear and clean. Bathroom is OK, with hot water.

I wonder how they have the courage to put little swan shaped towel arrangements on your bed...considering how the rest of the hotel is totally careless and devoid of any effort to please the guest.

Nice hotel, nothing fancy...water was warm in the shower. People were friendly and helpful. Small TV not many channels in English...two large holes in the bathroom where the pipes are..food at the restaurant was ok. Free wifi.
My wife and two kids stayed there a few nights in a single room with four beds (one a queen). The staff, as in most places, was very nice and attentive, as one night they went out to get us a pack of playing cards...More
My partner and I stayed at Imperial, requesting this over the standard Prisma hotel (which came with our G Adventures booking).
We were given a triple room on the main road side.
Tip- don't leave your window open, your room will be full of fumes...More
