We were supposed to be staying at Marlons house round the corner but we arrived on a bus from Arequipa at 6am so our room wasn't ready because check out was at 11am. The owner Marlon, arranged for us to go to Quoricaska so that we wouldn't have to wait until check out at 11 am. For the same price...

We stayed here for three days in June, 2013. The hostel is very secure and centrally located, less than 10 min walk to Place de Armes. Miguel speaks good English, he is really helpful to recommend us where to go for local restaurants and have answers to all our questions. The room is clean, comfortable beds, hot water shower and...

We stayed at and returned to this hotel four separate times ( six or seven nights) over our three week trip. Miguel and staff were brilliant - friendly, helpful and accommodating. Picked us up from airport for free. Stored our ever growing collection of rucksacks filled with Peruvian goodies without question. Rooms were clean and comfortable with fantastic showers. Felt...

We stayed at the Qorichaska Hostal for 8 days in mid-March, 2013. We were picked up at the bus station, delivered to the hostel, greeted by a friendly staff, and given a cup of coca tea. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. Only negative comment on the room is they could have better lighting....

Built in an old colonial house this hotel is wonderful. The staff speak English and offer help constantly. The breakfast included was eggs, fresh blended papaya juice, bread. Tea, coffee and coca leaves were available 24/7. Extra warm blankets were offered but there were wool blankets on my bed so heavy I could not move all night. Great selection on...

It was early morning and we were dancing and having fun, eating huge bread buns and hot chocolate. This was all at the hostel and we felt lucky to have been invited,...
