This is a quiet hotel located on a mountain about a 10-15 minutes walk from Cusco's center plaza. It's mostly steep stairs up to the hotel from the center so if you struggle climbing uphill, don't book this hotel. Not many people stay here so if you want to meet other travelers (which I highly recommend, especially in Cusco), this... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms only have the necessary things - however the location and the view were amazing, and the owners (husband and wife) went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of to the fullest of their ability. There is breakfast available included in the morning which was... More

We LOVED our stay at Welcome Cusco B&B!! We stayed for 4 nights prior to our Inca Trail trek, we left our bags there for 5 nights and then returned for another week. We stayed in room 1 on both occasions. Our room was small, had a chipboard floor which was mostly carpeted. Our view was spectacular! The bed was... More

Fantastic view over Cusco but be warned you do have a lot of steps to climb to get to it, and then there are more inside! Wasn't busy while we were there but would imagine it could be quite noisy if it had been. Good breakfast, pretty chilly place but plenty of blankets on the beds. Easy stroll DOWN to... More

We had a fantastic time at Home sweet Home in Cusco. Our host was very friendly and accomodating and the rooms are spacious plus you have a heater, how showers and a good internet connection (and pancakes for breakfast!). The hostel is located close to the city centre, a bit up the hill, but you get rewarded with a fantastic... More

I stayed here for two weeks and warmly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a lovely and cheap place to stay! San Blas is a beautiful quarter with great restaurants, bars and arts scene. I never used taxis, as everything seems to be within walking distance. The rooms are cute and clean and the view over Cusco is... More

If you can make your way up the stairs that lead to this place, the views of Cusco from Home Sweet Home are just about worth the room price. Our double room with private bathroom came with said stunning views and a very warm bed, but hot water was a bit patchy and things are just a little rough around... More

The old man who seems to be the owner is dishonest, disrespectful, unfriendly and greedy. We stayed there for a few days, then went to the machu picchu and made a booking for two more nights after our return. We had also left our backpack in their storage room which guaranteed we would come back. We warned the old man... More

Buenos dias. Thansk for your review and sorry for not answering before. It is true the old man (as you call him) made a mistake not writing your names in the booking schedule the right day. We offerred you a room for free in the morning as some people left early; not to hide you, but to let you rest... More

Home Sweet Home is worth the tiring walk up stairs, especially when you're adjusting to the altitude. The views of Cusco were extraordinary however the rooms are small and the service was both hot and cold. The Sacred Valley tour was great, definitely get your ticket on the tour. We took the tour and stayed in Ollyantaytumbo to take the... More
