The place is quite nice, and the rooms are comfortable. There's a living room, a small patio, and a kitchen that you can use, and the location is allright too. The attention was not the best, though. We got a special offer for S/20 per...More
We stayed for a total of five nights in two separate rooms (before and after completing the Salkantay trek). The staff were very helpful and always attentive. The room was large and comfortable, cold at night, but that's standard for Cusco at this price range....More

Yes. We left our luggage at Hotel Buena Vista while we traveled on to the Sacred Valley and Machu Pichu for a few nights. They had a locked room where they kept the luggage that was left behind, and it seemed secure. They also had a laundry service available, and some of us also gave them laundry to do, and arrived back to clean clothes.
