Our agent suggested this hotel. Our first choice was booked. We were delighted with our duplex room. Modern, bright, characterful and clean. Slight problem with the hot water. However, the staff where upset about this and swiftly located and fixed the problem. Overall, the staff are helpful and concerned to make sure your stay is comfortable. There is wifi in...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in total. The location is right in the city so an easy walk to everything. The hotel itself is a bit of a cave. We were booked into a junior suite but it faced onto the road and was too noisy so we booked into a superior double at...

I just spent two nights at this Hotel with my girlfriend during our trip to Cusco. The location is great (only three blocks from the Plaza de Armas), and the rooms were new, clean, and very well furnished. The showers were great, as was the bed and the pillows. And the staff was amazing: extremely accommodating, friendly, and eager to...

good location and value hotel in Cusco. The rooms are simple but nice, the only disadvantge was the noice from the reception area and corridors. We stayed there twice before and after our Lares trek. And got a more quiet room in the second stay. But all in all a nice hotel. The breakfast room is located at the top...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 night on the way to Machu Picchu and another on the way back. We really didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel other than to sleep and for breakfast which I think is what this hotel is intended for. It is fantastically located in terms of walking distances to the center...

My family and I stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The hotel is directly across the Santo Domingo Church aka the Sun Temple in the historic zone. The hotel is quite old but with modern upgrades. We chose the junior suite with a king size bed and balconette over looking the entrance to the church. There was a...

Thank you so much for your kind opinion. We are glad to inform you that we are right now fixing the noise issue in the rooms with windows to the street. We know that some times it could be a problem. We would love to have you again at your next visit to Cusco!

Everything about this place was great. The rooms and courtyards were clean and nice. They staff was very friendly. Provided breakfast was very good. We were one of only a few rooms occupied at the time so it was very quiet. The hotel location was very good. We walked everywhere in Cusco and never worried about our safety.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel during a group trip to Peru. There were twenty-three people in our group. The trip was provided by Indus, a Canadian travel agency. We were told upon arrival in Cusco that buses were not permitted on the street on which the hotel is located; later we saw many buses on...

Very happy with this location, walking distance to all main attractions and is right outside the Qorikancha. The rooms were very nice, spacious, excellent beds, and small but efficient bathroom. I really disliked the breakfast both for variety and taste reasons which is why I have deducted a point, but other than this I would stay here again.

Thank you so much for taking your time to write your comment. We consider that location and bedding of Abittare are our main strengths. Regarding our breakfast, we were very sorry to hear that you did not liked it. Thanks to your comment, last weekend I personally made some adjustments, adding some vegetables and supervising taste and layout. Again, thank...

The hotel is well located, the staff is friendly and knows how to give you a hand when you needed. I asked for a late check out and they help me with that. The interiors are nicely decorated, there's harmony between the colors. The rooms are comfty and welcoming, the bed is nice and so the other amenities in the...
