I stayed here with three friends for two nights. The building is super cool, with a giant courtyard in the middle. There are so many things to do. Ping pong tournament, beer pong tournament, trivia, salsa dancing. The staff is super friendly and is willing to help you with anything. I've met awesome people all over the world here and...

We loved our stay here. Meet great people, friendly helpful staff and excellent hostel facilities. They have thought through all the little details from power points by your bed and locker, quality linen, soundproof bar, packed breakfast for early starts. Can't recommend enough!

This hostel is much better than the one in Lima, you'll know when you walk inside. Very chill and good vibe. Pretty much everyone there's obviously going to Macchu picchu. Love the common area with table tennis table. They had BBQ night on the night I was there which was pretty good for 20 soles. Good breakfast in the morning,...

Although there is a lot going on in Pariwana´s Bar it´s very quiet at night in the dorms and the beds are one of the best during my travels in Southamerica! I liked the bar as well as people where very friendly and there was always someone to have a chat with. The hostel itself is also very nice with...

We stayed in Pariwana in January 2017. The place was clean, friendly and helpful staff, and better wifi than I found at most other hostels in South America. The food was decent, but I wouldnt recommend eating there much, as the food in Cusco at restaurants is amazing, and gives you a much better value. The only downfall of this...

Honestly, one of the best hostels I've ever been. The showers were a dream, our room super clean and lightly and the common areas with breakfast, computers and tv just perfects. Our friends, "cholitos", from the reception help us at all time with information about everything. So, a special thanks to Manuel, Ivan, Andrea, Michael, Charmely, Gonzalo and Jhim from...

I stayed four nights at Pariwana, and I have to say it's one of the best hostels I've ever been to. Staff are very kind and well integrated by young volunteers. The bar / restaurant has decent prices and good quality. The patio alone is worth staying at Pariwana, I've never seen such a beautiful location for an hostel. The...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Pariwana Hostel Cusco lies in a colonial house built in the 16th century. The beauty of our hostel can be compared to any 5-star hotel in the city of Cusco, but with the atmosphere and vibe of our guests and the Pariwana experience. The house has an internal patio surrounded by stone archways in both the first floor and in the balconies of the second floor. Our restaurant and bar-lounge are located in the same salons where Viceroys used to dine with the local nobility. It is said that there is a secret passage between the house and the closest convent. Supposedly, it was built by the last Viceroy, Abascal, as he new his days were counted. Pariwana Cusco is located in the heart of Cuzco’s Historical District: only 2 blocks away from the main plaza (Plaza de Armas). The hostel is surrounded by the typical Cuzco architecture and scenery. It is nearby several restaurants, drugstores and transportation facilities. ... more   less
