We just arrived at the hotel today as I am writing this message. I am a frequent traveler that never posts on trip advisor but thought this is worth sharing. We had booked an Inka wall room at the JW after looking at other hotels in Cusco. We were very excited about the Inka wall on the lower level and...

This hotel was amazing. From the decor to the ambiance to the atmosphere to the customer service, they nailed everything here. They took great care of us in many ways. The food at the downstairs restaurant was good and the bar had some very unique drinks. This hotel is honestly one of my favorites so far. I did have trouble...

This hotel is amazing! Be prepared to spend more but the friendliness of the staff and service are impeccable. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program and get some freebies and discounts. A very relaxing stay. The spa is a must. Book your massage. The first night I had back pain. Luz Marina provided a 5 minute rubdown...

We just came back from our visit to Cuzco. Great hotel, very friendly staff and nice room. The breakfast buffet was really good with good options. The hotel is very well located, just one block from plaza de armas. Milagros at the front desk was really helpful at all times! The plaza in the middle of the hotel is very...

The concierge service is outstanding and they will provide information or book tours or other services in and around Cusco. The concierge services is available late into the evening. The accommodations are very well...

Beautiful property, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the town square. The service here is polite and sincere. Guest rooms were fresh, clean, and well appointed. Feels much more like a Ritz-Carlton than a JW. Everything you've heard about the altitude challenges are real, and those in our group that took altitude pills in advance seemed to have side effects...

This hotel is simply perfect. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and with every comfort (there are also European plugs for non Peruvian tourist), beds are large and comfortable with very good linens; the restaurant is the best in town; the staff is extremely efficient.

We stayed at the Marriott for 2 nights before travelling to Puno. It's right in the centre, minutes from Plaza de Armas. The first thing you see when you go through the grand entrance is the large display of 65,000 Swarovski crystals - it's absolutely gorgeous and this pretty much sums up the hotel. It's like walking through a museum:...

We were in Lima for New Year and wanted to go to Machu Picchu but because of the timings we needed to stay a night in Cusco. Everyone who had been said the Hotel Monasterio was the place but, because we are Marriott members and because the hotel looked so lovely, we decided to stay at El Convento.....and we were...
