I am having breakfast at this time on my second night in this property, and couldn't contend myself to pick up my phone and make this review. They have MASTER the detail in all of the aspects from its hospitality to the food. Making a full review would be impossible at it will be too extensive. You truly need to...

We didn't want to leave! The JW Marriott was absolutely splendid - the rooms were immaculate, the food and drink were superb, and the daily Coca tea was very much appreciated! I would like to specifically thank Omar and Freddy Poccori from the hotel bar - if you want to try local spices, ingredients, etc, look no further than here....

You need look no further when searching for a hotel in Cusco. The JW Marriott ticks all of the boxes. We had a glitch with PeruRail as they ceased operating for three days and we had travelled half way around the world to go to Macchu Pichu. Jet lagged and confused, the concierge, Leonardo, stepped in and walked with us,...

I stayed here twice on different days. Unfortunately the last stay was marred by the fact I was put in a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the bar and restaurant so it was quite noisy with revellers outside as it was a weekend night - all of which could be heard from the room. The room overlooked the street....

The hotel was fabulous. The location was also ideal. The service was terrific. We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the courtyard. It was very comfortable. We had a great time and I think it's the best hotel in Cusco.

We were here for two nights (including Christmas). We enjoyed a wonderful room upgrade over the entry courtyard. The free tour of the excavations under the facility was very interesting. Wonderful location and staff that went above and beyond! Don't miss the breakfast spread - great food that will fill you up for the day. Their coca tea station was...

This was truly a special hotel experience. The hotel was a converted convent, so the hotel itself was very cool architecturally, but what really made the visit was the service. The front desk staff was gracious and helpful and my 22-year old son commented that it was the best bellman he had ever seen. We called and said we needed...

I've spent upwards of 1,500 nights at Marriott hotels around the world and the JW in Cusco is easily the best property I've stayed at. The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, and pays tribute to the history of the site. The employees provided exceptional service. We also ate at the bar three times and found the quality of...

The JW is about 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas - central city. The design is quite nice, with a beautiful lobby and common areas. The rooms are well appointed. Standard "Inca" rooms have plenty of space - although the bath can be a bit awkward. Breakfast was nicely presented and had good options for North/South American and European travelers....

The hotel is lovely, but the customer service is unparalleled. From the front desk, to the concierge and even the restaurant. We were impressed by the attention to customer service, but particularly impressed by Raul, our server at the Pirqa Restaurant (the restaurant ranks 4th within Peru). Raul went above and beyond. He not only served our food, he shared...
