Great staff, polite, professional. Diana, Jesus and Sandra made breakfast at the buffet at Pirqa so very enjoyable every morning, and the desk staff and all the staff were always polite and greeted us. The room was clean, the air conditioning wasn't functioning when we arrived but it was quickly fixed after notifying the front desk. Nice spa. The historical...

Typical of JW Marriotts, this is a beautiful property. The rooms include robes, nice amenities, coffee, safe, etc. While cab from the airport was not free, they did help us arrange transportation with a great driver at a reasonable price. The resort fee included internet and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in a while! The reason I...

We have stayed at this hotel before going up to the Machu Picchu. Upon arriving with the pills for the high altitude. This hotel is near the city center, few blocks away. This hotel converted the convent to the hotel. We have chose the room with Inca wall. So, we didn't have the view of the city, but being able...

Situated in the heart of Cusco, near its main square, the hotel is an ideal starting point to explore Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu. It used to be a monastery, nowadays it's a premium hotel with very friendly and helpful stuff and comfortable rooms. Try it. The Valley and Machu Picchu are pretty far away but coming back to this...

This Marriott property is truly a jewel. They spent over 3 years renovating this property. Inca ruins are in the basement. The courtyard is stunning. The lobby bar is always busy and a fun place to enjoy people watching. The occupancy rate here is extremely high so book early...The free daily tour of the property...lead by a monk...starts at 6pm....

This review is long overdue. I stayed at El Convento back in October of 2016 with my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time. After spending several days on the road touring the Sacred Valley, we arrived back in Cusco to decompress and sightsee the rest of the city. This hotel is awesome. El Convento is an incredible historic sight...

Really nice place. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful architecture and good location in Cusco. Room size and amenities are adequate. Plenty of shopping in the area and easy walk to the main square and old Spanish churches. I would stay there again if I returned to the area.

We loved this hotel. Staff were amazing. Just don't get a room in the basement - there's no view. Free buffet breakfast was really good. Bathroom were large. Beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was small but the kids still enjoyed splashing around.

JW Marriott is on a beautiful property and in the middle of everything. The entrance/reception area is magical and the bar is really nice. They were serving happy hour pisco sour and offering 2 free pisco sours a day for guests. The staff is great and very friendly. Melagros found us an amazing room that was an upgrade and surprised...

It used to be a convent, now it is the best luxury hotel in Cusco. A few steps away from historical center. The spa is great ... greater after a long day at Machu Picchu. Breakfast is awesome and has many options.
