We were there for 10 days. Charming hotel, very clean, quiet, good location, professional staff, decent food, nice lounge to hang out, good internet service, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed, excellent laundry service.

Before I review the hotel, I want to recommend our driver in Cuzco, Edmundo Farfan. Edmundo took us to all of the attractions for a reasonable negotiated price and to Poroy for our train ride to Machu. He took us to special restaurants off the beaten path. Edmundofg@yahoo.com. Tel No. 984706385. Okay, the hotel is pricey $90 plus per night....

Stayed at this hotel in Cusco on my way to Machu Pichu. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was quiet and close to several of the sites. I recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Cusco.

From the minute we walked in the door, until we checked out this was a class act hotel. The rooms were updated, very clean, new bathrooms, etc. Our window opened to overlook the city and the Christo Blanco on the mountain top. The beds were very comfortable, the lobby was comfortable and charming including the antiques near the Machu Picchu...

Great location, a decent amount of charm considering it's a chain hotel and a nice breakfast spread makes this a good deal. The wifi was good most of the time and except for a lack of hot water during the mid-afternoon I have zero complaints.

Right in the center of town near Plaza de Armas. Very easy to walk around the town from this location. Very safe and clean, no issues. The rooms are basic and a little dated compared to other hotels. However, for the price and location there is nothing better. Breakfast was quick and nice in the morning.

This hotel needs to be refurbished. The carpeting, upholstery, etc. is all quite worn. The glass lobby ceiling leaks when it rains. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathrooms look like they have been at least partially redone recently. The breakfast was just okay. It's a okay place if you get...

Set in a perfect location near the town square the rooms at the back are very quiet. Spacious rooms with an area for sitting and relaxing make one feel very welcome. The staff are very helpful and have good English. Breakfast is included and is well presented. If you need laundry done there are two prices. A per item list...

I just came back from my trip to Cusco. This hotel is very close to the central plaza, just like a 3 minute walk. It's right around the corner to the famous restaurant Chicha (Gaston Acurio's restaurant), it's also near other restaurants and stores. The staff was nice and helpful. I liked my room, it felt very cozy and it...
