A friend and I decided to splurge and stay at El Palacio del Inka prior to starting the Inka Trail the next day. We had a pleasant experience with the staff and loved walking around the hotel to check out the architecture and history. We were very comfortable in our suite and enjoy good water pressure, all the amenities we...

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for two days before we went to Machu Picchu and two days afterwards. Both visits were perfect !!!! We had two-room suites which gave us the opportunity to relax at both ends of the climb. These suites were beautiful and spacious. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had - try...

This place is very nice, the room is small but well appointed but very comfortable. The hotel is an old Inka building and a true classic. Breakfast was tasty and there are several offerings with a nice variety in lauding gluten free. The location is great, very close to the town square. In the square you'll find a Starbucks if...

Palacio del Inka is one classy place! The staff is very helpful and very attentive. Our room was in the older section of the hotel and was worth photographing. We enjoyed a light meal and wine in the bar lounge. Thank you for a great experience.

Spent two nights here in January 2017. I wish we had more time at the hotel, however we had a rigorous tour schedule. This is a beautiful and historic hotel within easy walking distance of dining and local attractions. It's well suited for English speakers, and has a luxurious feel compared with other hotels in the area. The concierge Badir...

From outside of this historic building you don´t expect what you´ll get inside. As soon as you get into reception, the WOW factor immediately comes. It is beautiful. Check in is thou very slow and bureaucratic. I´m an SPG member and gave my number as first thing, would expect to have more things pre filled. Every member of our family...

Palacio del Inka is one of the best luxury hotels in Cusco - it's one of Starwood's Luxury Brands and the place is like a huge museum. You can spend hours just walking around the large hallway area, set around a colonial courtyard. We stayed in the Suite which was well worth it. The dining area had plenty of space...

This hotel was very comfortable, charming and modern. With a feel of grandeur throughout. The food is good and the service excellent! Comfortable beds and great amenities. The only complaint was the spa service, but the hotel made sure that we were not charged and provided us with a happy medium. Great location for seeing cusco and very cozy.
