we had a charmig welcome and the staff was always happy to give advice and help out as they could. the architecture of the building and the individual rooms is very particular and follows curved shapes, makes you feel a bit like in a fairy tale. the rooms were clean with enough space and we even had a fireplace. the...

This hotel is really worth staying in. The rooms are very clean, flowers everywhere, the view is fantastic and the staff very friendly. Breakfast is served with a sunny smile and when it is cold the fire is lit in the fire place....staff does really everything to make your stay as comfortable as they can !

The location is perfect, as long as you're okay with a climb -- it's definitely not in the lowest part of the city, but you'll see so much more staying up on Calle Tanda Pata. The staff are friendly, and the hotel has a resident cat and 2 dogs that are actually friendly and worth petting (unlike the street animals)....

You can't beat the atmosphere and views at this hotel. It is a bit rustic, which adds to the charm, but still quite comfortable. We spent a lot of time exploring the multiple levels of terraces and courtyards and really enjoyed the view over Cusco while eating our complimentary breakfast. Beds were comfortable, the room temperature was easily adapted to...

Although located in a quiet street and having a nice infrastructure, the hotel lacks of service and cleanness. The rooms where not clean, some of them too small. The staff were not very helpful. They lost a sweater at the cleaning service and didn't compensate. The only positive thing is the view which is gorgeous.

I stayed 3D/2N there. First of all, I would say this place is an hostel not an hotel. For the price you pay 60$/ night you must get a service accordingly which was not the case at all. When I did the check-in the room was not ready. After 1/2h they found me a room to stay but they had...

I only stayed one night here and I had none of the problems that the other members on here have brought up. They gave me a good rate, room upstairs on the top floor with a fantastic view and I practically had the whole place to myself. The room was nice enough, even if a little worn at the edges....

Settings is nice and the hotel could be great with all its gardens and chill areas, but to have no water at all during a 5 day stay is simply unaceptable. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to be able to shower.

This is mot a hotel it is a hostel. even casa de campo referee to themselves as a hostel! I am unsure as to why they are advertising themselves as a hotel but the signs on their building and their flyers say hostel! When we got there it was very cold and there was no heater. they did try to...

First of all we arrived with no reservations and they were able to accommodate us all the same, even allowing us a more than adequate room - a matrimonial suite with an amazing view over the city. Just outside of our door was a terrace with an abundance of places to sit and watch the sun cast magical shadows across...
