Loved this place. The charming decors, the helpful staff who helped me through my altitude sickness by crossing the street to buy medicine for me, there's people in the hostal you can rely on. Breakfast is very simple but better than nothing. Our room was a bit cold and the little heater didn't really do much. Wifi slow in the...

Thank you very for your feedback! We will make sure to implement a better heater for each room and improve the WiFi coverage in the rooms. Although most guests are very satisfied with our WiFi service. It was really nice to have you as a guest and we hope to welcome you back some day.

stayed there for 3 nights in a double room...the room was basic, with a double bed, small bathroom but very clean and had everything we needed. The common area is very nice. The hostel was easy to find, and they helped us with parking. When we stayed was a bit cold outside and the reception guy offered us a heater.. it was a...

I'm so glad we chose Hostal Cusi Wasi for many reasons, but the biggest reason has got to be the value: for about $50 per night for a double room, you get a cozy private room with piping hot water, a great breakfast, free pickup from the airport, complimentary coca tea at all hours, and a gorgeous courtyard in the...

I stayed like a couple of weeks and the service was good. Breakfast was ready every morning at the desired time and the staff is very helpful when it comes to answering questions about Cusco and finding your way. The rooms are cosy and the common area is big, impressive with a lot of green. Nice place to hang around...

We stayed for two nights which was just enough to get a feel for the local area. Main areas are in walking distance, about 10 minutes. Only thing I did not like was you could hear people all over the hotel. Some people either checked in early or were up early & they were being loud and woke us up.

The first thing that struck me at Hostal Cusi Wasi was how welcome the personnel made me feel. I was immediately inactivated due to altitude sickness and the staff enquired frequently after my wellbeing and provided me with very effective medication in addition to the coca tea (and other tea sorts) that you can help yourself to anytime. My room...

We expected very amiable staff (travel Guide “Routard”). We were disappointed. They were helping with a bit of insistent. Slightly nonchalant. Don’t expect quiet nights. You can hear what’s going on in the main patio and the trains nearby are loud as well. Overall, it remains an OK option for low budget nights in Cusco

I really like this hostal. It is very home-y. I felt like I had a lot of privacy here and was cared for here. Simple yet sufficient accommodations. Yes, truth be told, it lacked some luxurious things but for the price, can't be picky. I had a great experience.
