We stayed here to acclimatise prior to visiting Machu Piccu and on the way back from there. The altitude caused a major problem for me but my husband was ok. The main problem was breathlessness not helped by the hotel's location in a narrow street that has nose to tail polluting buses going up and down it, causing almost a...

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Casa Andina for your stay in Cusco and for sharing your experience with other traveler’s around the world. Not every guest experiences the altitude sickness locally known as ¨soroche¨. However, all our properties in Cusco have oxygen tanks for better acclimatization. Usually, only a few minutes of oxygen per guest and a half hour...

This hotel is located just 10 minute walk from Plaza De Armas. It is a safe location, in that there are always cars passing by. We stayed here our first night in Cusco. It's a cute place. Our room was all the way in the back and without a view. It was dark and cold at times. The room was...

We stayed at the Casa Andina Koricancha a few nights before and after traveling to Machu Picchu. The location of this hotel is great. Before we left, we carefully read TripAdvisor reviews to get an idea which Casa Andina location was best for us. We had really preferred the San Blas location, but they didn't have a room with queen...

We stayed for 3 days at this hotel in a Superior Double Room, for $100/night with services included. It was very clean, quiet with a very comfortable king size bed. The best part was the receptionist, Tania, who is kind, efficient, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not at par. We had to buy our own pastries from outside...

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Wong, We definitely don’t want to miss the opportunity to apologize once again for the unintentional mistake made with your first night reservation and airport transfer. However, we very much appreciate the opportunity you gave us for service recovery. We should mention that we are very proud to have Tania and Carolina as part of our...

The moment I stepped into this hotel, it felt nice and cozy. The doorman is friendly and smiles at you every time you go in and out.; as well there's some hot coffee and coca tea in the lobby all day. I was most pleased with the room itself and the rest of the hotel. It has a quaint feeling...

Stayed there with the 7 others in my group. All rooms were comfortable and clean. Don't need much else since not in Peru to stay in a hotel!. A fan in the room might be helpful in July, but otherwise comfortable. So close to Plaza Mayor Cusco makes it easy to enjoy Cusco by foot, day or night!

We stayed at this hotel for few days and it was a wonderful experience. First of all Cusco is such a fabulous place. It feels like you are back hundred of years ago. Very clean and pintoresque town. This hotel is like a walking into a big house from the last century, it has that "peaceful" feeling. The people in...

Spent 4 nights at this great hotel (2 days before then 2 days after Machu Picchu hike). Central location yet very quiet rooms and pretty central courtyard area. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful with things like phone calls to make restaurant reservations, calls to travel agency. Really enjoyed the breakfast too!

We were at this small and quiet hotel in Cuzco for 3 nights. Then we travelled to Macchu Picchu for one night and returned to this hotel for 2 more nights.
