We were at this small and quiet hotel in Cuzco for 3 nights. Then we travelled to Macchu Picchu for one night and returned to this hotel for 2 more nights. All the people who worked at the hotel tried to please us in every detail, they gave us advice, information about local places and helped us solve minor problems. They...

We stayed at the Casa Andina Classic - Cusco Koricancha for several nights on two occasions in May 2010 and would recommend it highly. The rooms are simple but spacious, attractive and very clean, and the service is outstanding. The staff were excellent - kind, helpful, efficient and caring. The hotel provides free internet access and coca tea. The location...

This is a simple but very clean hotel with incredible staff who make your stay memorable.Wilber at the front desk can and does organise anything you need.He even organised a great meal delivered to the room when I was sick! The hotel is well located and you really feel you are part of the wonderful town of Cusco.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel twice. The second time forgoing the hotel where the Inca Trek company had booked us, in order to return to the comfort and warmth of what we had experienced before the trek at Casa Andina Koricancha. We spent a total of 5 nights in two different rooms. The great location, the comfortable rooms, the...

My husband died while we were staying at your hotel during the night. Your staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful, kind, considerate. I did not speak Spanish, and at night most of your staff didn't speak English, but they summoned help immediately. Within a short time a young man arrived who did speak English, and he summoned a doctor. Your staff...

Confusion with booking at check-in, which took about 40 mins, and no hot water for 2 days makes it very hard to recommend this hotel.

Having checked reviews on TA in advance we asked, and got, a room away from the traffic. This place, though not luxurious as the one we’d spent two nights in (Private Collection) was great. Very central- just round the corner from the Casa Andina Private Collection, reasonably-priced for Cusco, helpful friendly staff and quiet. We had no problems with noise,...

I stayed at Casa Andina Koricancha on the recommendation of my friend and the experience exceeded expectations. The room was large and clean, and while not on the same level as American hotels as far as finishes and furnishings, it still was a great value. Centrally located in Cusco to the tourist sites, great restaurants, retail stores, markets, and art/craft...
