We had lovely rooms, lovely service. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. The staff always greeted us cheerfully, helped with requests, etc. Even encouraged us to always drink enough water/coca tea. Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Rooms clean and pleasant. Thanks!

Great experience! Nothing bad to say. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to walk to restaurants/sites. We had a great view. Nice bathrooms with large shower. Breakfast was adequate. I would stay here again and recommend for sure.

The only reason to stay here is probably the reason we did.....last minute. The hotel is too high and hard to walk to. There are no views and nothing charming about the inner courtyard. But, you wll sleep well becuase the beds are really comfortable. The place is clean but the breakfast is nothing to seak of. There are so...

The location I think is the best advantage of this hotel. Rooms are clean and the common areas too. The service is good. I think it achieves the expectations when you make a reservation in a 3* hotel. If they add some small details, specially at the entrance, it would look better as a hotel and not as a house....

As you mentioned, our Classics hotels are compared to 3 stars establishments, yet not ignoring service kindness. We are sorry if this was no reflected on this particular case. We stayed at this property before and after our Inca Trail hike and found it to be a wonderful spot. It's off the beaten path, and so its quiet and a short walk to the plaza but we enjoyed it. There is a small breakfast buffet every morning. The front desk staff were so very friendly and would do anything...

We stayed here upon our return to Cusco from Ollantaytambo. We wanted to stay in another area than we did on our first night in Cusco, and the San Blas area had been recommended. Our room (#307?) was probably the farthest one from the front desk. It took close to 5 minutes to get to the lobby, but it was...

We stayed at the Casa Andina San Blas for 3 nights (2 nights before and 1 night after hiking the Inca Trail) during the week of March 9-17, 2013. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. We didn't choose the hotel ourselves (we booked a tour package through Valencia Travel Cusco) but we were happy with our tour...

Lovely courtyard, nice views, extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nicely located in the San Blas area but close enough to walk to Plaza de Armas. Our only complaint was the breakfast which we found very lacking and well below average of the other places we stayed. This seems to be inherent to the Casa Andina chain because the Lima location...

First experience the small lobby. It looks very nice but its so small , that if a small group ( lets say 10-12 people ) departs or arrives , there is a chaos. Guests Have to wait a lot of time because they can ONLY serve ONE AT THE TIME . The rooms are very basic for what they charge...

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your comments with us and other travelers. We are very sorry if we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We wanted to mention that our hotel has 38 rooms. Sometimes, when large groups arrive and check in, the lobby may seem a little crowded. Although this happens occasionally, please accept our sincere...

Stayed here early november whist touring South America. Great location, easy walk into town for sights, shops and restaurants. Uphill walk back needed to be taken slowly as my poor husband was affected by the altitude. San Blas is an interesting area to explore too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was Continental, but very plentiful, and...

The hotel is a sprawling colonial building built around a sunny colonial stone courtyard, peacefully removed from Cusco's fast pace - like a sophisticated country hotel in the city. Rooms offer superb distant views of Cusco's tiled rooftops and surrounding mountains or of the handsome arcaded interior courtyard and ample terrace. Tucked away in the heart of the city's most atmospheric neighborhood, San-Blas, the hotel has 4-wood-burning-chimneys, a rustic restaurant and bar, and delightful sitting areas.
