Our room was clean and close to the lobby. It was a good value for the money but nothing fancy. It did just fine for sleeping and a relaxing hot shower. The lobby, welcome with cocoa tea and the meals were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Edwin! If you want a good value, excellent location...

Two years ago my wife, my son and I stayed in the Casa Andina Classic hotel in Cusco and we liked it. The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and the breakfast good; and it was reasonably priced. In that same trip we stayed in a Private Collection (higher tier, more expensive) hotel in Valle Sagrado, and we...

We stayed in total three nights at the hotel and are very satisfied with it. It get's top score for almost everything. Only exception is service, because it felt like we were observed by breakfast staff when having breakfast (thought I know they were only watching to see if there were any dish to bring from the table) so it...

This was the fourth in this chain that we had stayed in during the trip to Peru. It was certainly the quirkiest as the hotel has recycled what must be a colonial building so rooms are up flights of stairs and around a couple of courtyards. Certainly the smallest room we had on the trip but still comfortable. Not sure...

There are a few of Casa Andina hotels in Cusco and this was specifically the Private Collection at the bottom of San Augustin street. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. And even though we did not have any luggage to carry they walked us to our room and explained where everything was robes, how to turn on...

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at the Casa Andina. The rooms were very comfortable. All the staff was more than helpful and genuinely interested in our well being but Washington, Joel, and Elizabeth went above and beyond to assist us.

We stayed here for 2 nights before our Inca Trail hike, then came back for 1 more night after the hike. When we first checked in, we had rooms #103 & #104 (we are a family of four). We were surprised that the rooms were small. And it was on the ground floor just under the staircase. The night was...

Cusco, Peru is a beautiful town and incredibly authentic in its own way! When traveling, in my opinion, I believe the people in the town you visit can make or break your travel experience. While staying at Casa Andina, not only was the hotel itself clean, beautiful, and unique, but the hotel staff was attentive and kind. However, a particular...

We spent four nights at Casa Andina and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean with an authentic ambience and is a perfect location in Cusco. We spent a total of 5 night here and had a few non-hotel-related issues that the staff were all too happy to help us rectify. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent and the rooms were clean and quiet. The staff are justifiably proud of their reputation. Can't fault them. Special shout out to Joel in the bar...
