Allow me to preface my comments by saying that the staff went above and beyond to overcome any short comings of this hotel. While the location is a plus and the service was exceptional, if you are an experienced international traveler, you will quickly find...More
The hotel has all the attributes that you could want in a hotel. Great rooms, good water pressure, great restaurant, comfortable beds and surroundings - but the hotel has by far the best staff we have ever had at any hotel. Each and every staff...More
Stayed 5 nights over a 2 week period and were really pleased with the service provided by the staff as well as the great location and design of the facility. Comfortable beds and pillows! Good selection for buffet breakfast and reasonably priced food and drinks.

Yes, Jeans are most certainly acceptable attire at the restaurant at Casa Andina Private Collection in Cusco .. Cusco is certainly not a cosmopolitan, high fashion city in the first place. Hiking boots or sneakers are everyday wear. The restaurant is also not a large restaurant. It sits inside the Casa Andina Private Collection hotel. Casual attire is normal.
