Stayed 1 1/2 days waiting for our flight back to Canada. We were charged#150. USA per day does have air-conditioning hammering started at 8am and goes to 6:30pm great for sleeping not. Don't even think to use in hotel restaurant it's sooooo bad. When we went out at 3pm police had blocked off hotel staff said no problem and ushered...

This establishment will lurk outside of airport, practically stalk you and convince you that their hostel is a nice convenient place to spend the night. Because most flights come in at midnight or so, and the connecting domestic flights do not leave until 5 am. They will charge your credit card $100 USD, and also charge you $60 cash! AND...

I guess my experiences weren't too bad here compared with other reviewers. I had hot water, what I would consider clean linens and towels, a working tv, and I had no issues with the staff. The door seemed at times like it wouldn't lock (It locks by pushing on the lock from the inside). The bathroom is also not a...

Don't waste your money staying here. The place was dirty, loud and had unfriendly staff. There was also no hot water. After the final...

First of all, this hotel is only 5minutes away from the airport - beware because the hotel staff will try and make you pay US$7 for a single journey. This is how much we...

I was going to arrive at midnight in Lima and thought that I would just find a place to crash rather than waiting in the airport until my connecting flight to Cusco the next morning. I found Hostel el Caribe on the net and thought "it’s only for a few hours, how bad could it be?" I arranged to be...
