Great social atmosphere! And the location is perfect and in walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The staff were cool and one night there was a large group(12-15) of us that went to a nearby discotheque. Only downside during my stay was that they had construction from renovation that started at like 8 or 9 am!

Generally I try to avoid chain type hostels due to having that commercial feel that normally resonates throughout. However, Kokopelli has maintained its unique feel between the locations while providing consistency - both the good and the bad but you know exactly what to expect. Prices reasonable, amenities are good, assistance and advise it on hand, all while food and...

Great location in the center of Lima. Basic backpacker hostel with a cool upstairs patio for people to hang out. Normal hostel breakfast but you can purchase add-ons for a very reasonable price. The water was not working for one day of our stay but I do not think it was really the hostel's fault.

The toilets aren't the cleanest and the breakfast has a lot to improve (charging for an extra slice of cheese and the horrible coffee are among the lows), but the hostel provides for nice socialization among travelers at the bar. Reception staff could be just a little more buena onda, though bar staff was quite cool.

Hostel is in a good location near to many shops, bars and restaurants. Dorm is a decent size and the lockers are very big, I could fit my whole big and small backpacks. All dorms are very noisy at night with either street bar or hostel bar noise but ones overlooking the road are worse. Most mornings loud banging from...

Location is very good, settle in Miraflores is quite a nice neighborhood. The hostel has a cosy bar in the rooftop with great pisco sour ;) We were in a dorm with shared bathroom and we missed common bathrooms separated for girls and boys, specially related to showers due to there was no space for putting on your clothes. We've...

I spent 3 nights in Kokopelli. The staff were knowledgable and friendlier. Each pods have a curtain with individual reading lights which was something new I came across while traveling through the region. The bed was super comfortable. The hostel is located quite close to most of the attractions. I would certainly stay in Kokopelli if I visit Lima again.

If you want to party, this is your place. My husband and I left the bar at 2, but we did not expect our room to be quite so loud... In retrospect, duh, it was going to be loud. Our room had a small balcony on the second floor with glass doors that didn't shut all the way. After being...

I expected some noise at night since there is a roof top bar (hostel) and and Irish Bar on street level, but I did not expect it to be EVERY night! My private room could hear EVERYTHING! The balcony window is not noise-proof. I had to take sleeping pills every night to get decent sleep. The room was clean and...
