They didnt clean my room and the showers are cold and when I told them at the front desk they didnt care and did nothing to even try to fix the problem, were very rude and unporfessional. Also, brekafast is very basic.

The area where Gran Bolivar is located is reasonable but it does get a little dangerous the further you go from the square.Miraflores is more of seaside location but you need to take care there as well.
