Checked-in round 1pm, wanted to take a shower but... No water at all!!! Only after I asked for a menager of hotel, water came!

The area where Gran Bolivar is located is reasonable but it does get a little dangerous the further you go from the square.Miraflores is more of seaside location but you need to take care there as well.
