Been there in November 2013 and I enjoyed every minute. Great interior garden, rooms and good, heating and A/C available. I recommend to people staying close to shopping, walking areas, great restaurants around, close to the ocean and markets.

We stayed 3 nights here. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable super king size bed. It was on the 1st floor with a balcony onto the road at the front of the hotel. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The staff were helpful and informative. Breakfast was plentiful ---juice, yogurts, coffee or tea, fresh bread...

The location is pretty good. You're only about 5 km from Lima Centro so you can walk there or take a quick (and cheap) cab ride. Plus you're really close to the ocean and all sorts of great parks so the location is quite good. The rooms are ok, nothing spectacular but they're clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really...

We only stayed here one night. We arrived quite late after a long day of travel. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable enough. We were on the ground floor and around dinner time it was a little noisy and once during the night when some others came to the front door. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful....

We stayed in this hotel twice, the first time for 3 nights and the 2nd time for 1 night. The first room we had was great, it was on the 4th floor overlooking the internal courtyard and was spacious and bright with a large bathroom and very quiet. The 2nd time we stayed we had a room on the ground...

We stayed here for one night before our trip with G-adventures into the Andes and one night after. The first night we stayed we got a room that was very near the front enterance, basically at the top of the stairs at the lobby. Admittedly we arrived late and were leaving early but the room was of poor quality. It...

We stayed several nights at this hotel prior to our hiking trip to Machu-Picchu (all through g-adventure). Hotel is clean, but a bit dated, very friendly and helpful personnel. Breakfast (included) is somewhat limited, but you can order additional food. Coffee is excellent. Location is good for exploring Miraflores region in Lima. Many good restaurants are close by (walking distance)...

The location of this quaint hotel is excellent. I stayed there before and after the inca trail. Completely different rooms and experiences. The first was loud, cramped and kind of dinghy. The second, 440 was clean, great bathroom and overlooked courtyard. Breakfast is good The staff are very very friendly, like to accomodate and help where they can.
