Hotel is in a good location. You can walk to many attractions such as plaza de San Martin, plaza de amas . Iglesias de San Francisco is just beside the hotel. The bedroom floor was quite sticky and dirty. One of our beds was also full of dirt. The taxi service we ordered to pick us from the airport also...

Our first room no. 8 looks romantic, with a lot of paintings just up to my first inhale. The oil-colors odor was everywhere and was unbearable. Next room was on second floor and it was better, there were 4 beds, which for 2 persons represents an unexpected comfort and in addition there was no oil odor. However our better feeling...

I stayed in this hotel with a mission team group, and I loved it! It was quite unique at first, but I loved the vingate style decor and art in the lobby. Eating breakfast on the roof was AMAZING! Getting to see the parrots, peacock and other nature while enjoying the sights of what Lima had to offer was a...

The hotel is Old but has a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is normally not included but for a rather low price you can order breakfast. The hotel has a tour operator in the lobby where you can book anything you want. The rooms are old but clean.

Loved this "arrival-hotel" in Lima each single minute: perfect located in the city-center I got a lot of helpful information and support from staff, especially from Rosalia. They took care of me in a very warm and superfriendly way. Can highly recommend it for open minded travellers.

This old hotel has rooms covered in art, mirrors and chandeliers. The desk is always ready to get what you need-a taxi, travel agent, whatever. Some rooms are quieter than others, and a few have no internet. Ask about these when you reserve. Room 18 has some internet, is large, and is quiet. Breakfast is so so, but there are...

Very well located in down town Lima this hotel has its own style indeed: extravagant and funny, but also clean rooms and a great style of its own, together with a helpfull and bilingual staff and a funny little roof-top restaurant to get a good and not too expensive breakfast. But also a little travel agengy which could help you...

I have the same feeling as all others: budget hotel with kind people. Slightly crazy interiors. Advantage is the small short selling bus tickets directly in the lobby. Ownwer books us tickets to Huaraz easily. for it was intersting to see they have special safety zones in case of earthquake. The lady in reception helped me to activate local SIM...

Stayed here many times over. Great location; budget prices; basic but fine rooms. Also, free transport to airport! In Lima you get what you pay for. I prefer to stay in central Lima cos eating out is cheaper and i like the attractions. Espana isn't perfect, but suits my budget, and is adequate.
