Located in Lima's artsy Barranco neighborhood, Second Home is the home of 89-year-old artist Victor Delfin and now a B&B run by his daughter Lillian. Victor works in a studio space on the property overlooking the ocean, and his sculptures and paintings are on display throughout the property. The rooms are well appointed, the views are stunning, and the decor...

Barranco neighborhood of Lima, end of the road and perched on the cliff overlooking the Pacific, Second Home offers nicely appointed rooms in an art studio/gallery building. Helpful staff, comfortable common areas and gardens, yet close to art galleries restaurants, cafes, bars, and culture make this a nice place to stay in Lima.

This was our second trip to Peru and when planning, we were trying to avoid staying in Lima at all, as we were underimpressed and overstressed on our previous visit in Lima. However, as flight times would have it, we ended up...

Sunrise view at the balcony is delicious, specially having a wine. The hotel is the house of Victor Delfin, a famous Peruvian Artist and has lots of pieces and paintings made from him. You can also visit his studio. Located at Barranco, near some restaurants. Have a great service and staff.

Place is very nice, unique and beautiful, however, the hotel is full of cats and dogs. I personally do not have allergy but my husband suffered worst allergy ever due to house full of pets. I also did not enjoy the fact that pets come to you when you have breakfast to ask for food. It is not acceptable. Also,...

Location The house is perfectly located within the vicinity of Barranco, everything is of minimal walking distance to some good restaurants, bars and a lot of street art work close to location. From Lima airport by Taxi- it takes around 40min-1hr. They use some local cab drivers in which they charge $20 for a pick up. $30 if using an...
