My wife and I went to Peru for our anniversary this July (July 2015). The first place we stayed was the Hotel Britania in Miraflores a district of Lima Peru. We had booked our trip in advance through a terrific agency called Tara Tours based in Miami. we arrived and had a "standard" room for the first couple of nights....

We stayed 1 night with a group of friends. The Hotel Britania is in a great location within easy walking distance to Kennedy Park Square and its entertainment (we were there on a Sunday) and the coast and it's very large shopping centre. The hotel's reception staff were polite, professional and courteous. Our room was a good size and clean....

after landing at midnight, caught a shuttle to Hotel Britania. Nice location, friendly front desk, and a reduced rate for checking in at 1 AM. Ended up in a triple room for the 2 of us - good space, small refrigerator, closet safe, full bathroom. Lots of thick towels, plenty of pillows, bed with a duvet., and small desk top,...

This hotel isn't terrible. The beds are okay, the tv worked, free wifi, (although unreliable) and hot showers. However, the staff takes this place from a 4 star hotel to a 1 star hotel. They are so unfriendly and downright rude. I speak spanish fluently, but couldn't get the front desk girls to answer any of my questions in English...

Slowest elevator ever. Take the stairs. Rude service. I asked multiple times over my 12ish hour stay for them to fix the wifi and they kept saying it would be fixed in an hour. It never was and I had to leave without being able to check in to my flight, confirm travel details with loved ones, or any other...

this hotel is modern with clean and comfortable rooms. We didn't have any problem with notice. It is located in a nice neighbour of Lima: Miraflores. To go by taxi to the historical centre it cost about 17 Sol but at least this section is safer, clean and quiter.

Good location and ok for a short stay. Location is very good as its 2 minutes to the square JFK park which is nice. Rooms were very basic but clean and the wi-fi worked well. I did not have time for breakfast as I was only there for 1 night and up early. Staff were ok but not as friendly...

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel seems to be a 2* property. The wifi was non existence in the rooms. Small technical glitches - cable tv did not work, the card to put on lights in the room did not work on & off. No big deal. Apart from this, it was a clean, comfortable & friendly hotel. Breakfast...

We had to stay here the night before our trip with G Adventures and were disappointed immediately with the unfriendliness of the staff and the noise of the room. One of the worst nights sleep in any hotel/hostel I've ever had. We were on the 7th floor and had a constant reminder of the lift moving with a loud bang...
