We did the one day Inca trail hike and this was our overnight lodging. The hotel is clean and friendly. It is very close to the main plaza, so very easy walk to the markets aand restaurants of AC. I would definitely use this hotel again.

I stayed here one night after my 4 day trek to Machu Picchu. It was An amazing place to stay after having not showered for 4 days. I had the best shower there. Water pressure and temperature were the best. The rooms were great and in a great location central to the small town of aguas caliente. Close to the...

Nicely located hotel but the staffs seemed little bit confused. I didin't understand why upon my arrival, I was offered a smaller room in spite of the fact that I had paid for better and larger room. Second, they didn't do room service and it took a while for the staffs to understand when I asked for clean towels. They...

Gringo Bills was a cozy spot in a great location just off the main square of Aguascalientes. Our room had a wonderful view and the staff was quite helpful and accomodating. The chef in the restaurant had a great personality and was, more importantly, a good cook.

This hotel had been recommended to us and didn't disappoint. It seemed to have quite a range of possibly rooms - ours was a "honeymoon suite" I believe - not sure why but it was very comfortable,, not super big but more than adequate; the bathroom could do with a fan as the paint of ceiling was mouldy but it...

We ended up with no room at another hostel because of a communication gap during our booking. But the staff at Gringo Bills was super friendly and helped us book the room without a problem. The rooms were clean and nice with a wonderful view. The common areas were great (with coffee, tea, TV, books etc) to rest up after...

This is definitely not one of the best hotels when you compare it to the rest of the world, but I think a great option for being in Aguas Calientes. When evaluating a hotel in this town, you have to consider how remote you are and there are no roads to get to AC and everything comes in on the...

Spent two nights here, the night before and the night after our Machupicchu adventure. Was really surprised how nice it is, rooms are very big and comfortable, hotel is well maintained, close to chops and restaurants. Restaurant had a good menu and food was really good. Good breakfast included everyday and service and people were just wonderful, they are so...

I was traveling by myself and had a huge luscious room with enormous bath, big balcony, great breakfast and a great ambiance. Loved it - A short bus ride to Machu Picchu from here. Right on the Square, around the corner (easy walk) to the tour office to meet the guides and see the Main Event! Loved my short stay...

Agree with other recent reviews about the location and staff. Beware the mosquitos that sneak in to your room. We booked because they advertised a hot tub, however, found that 1. the hot tub did not look like it had worked for a while, 2. they did have a beautiful COLD pool - but it was too cold outside for...
