We enjoyed this place. The price was right, it was quiet, centrally located, & had hot water. The owner (Felix) was really nice, & helped us out by storing our bags for free on two occasions (we stayed there twice). My husband speaks Spanish so we had no trouble communicating. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication the second time - Felix...

I stayed here for 4 nights recently and had a fantastic experience. The owners Felix and Mariah are super sweet. They don't speak english but that didn't matter for me, he was very patient with my elementary spansish. Will stay again next time I'm in the amazing town of Ollantaytambo!

My boyfriend & I recently stayed here for 3 days. It was a nice place in the heart of town. Conveniently located for walking around to sites & restaurants. Felix doesn't speak English, but went out if his way to accommodate us & hold our bags while on inca trail.

We stumbled upon this place at the suggestion of our taxi driver from Cusco, and he couldn't have recommended a better place! The hotel was an unexpected find. Felix and Maria, the owners, were perfect hosts, arranging a room for us despite our late arrival. The rooms were clean and spacious, looking out onto a courtyard of blooming flowers, the...

I stayed at Hostal Andenes with three friends in February 2014 and was extremely pleased. The room was extremely affordable and the quality was great for the price. Felix, the owner, is a great man who was very accommodating even though he spoke no English. We stayed in a 4-bed room and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Wifi...

I stayed in Los Andenes for a couple days before going to Machu Pichu and a day on the way back. I don't need too much pampering, just a clean room, hot water and warm enough blankets. The location is very central to both the plaza, the ruins and the train station. The owner is an extremely polite and genuinely...

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a tour. The room is big and spacious but everything else is basic, a no frills place. The room looks clean but it didn't feel clean so there's some slight discomfort. Location is good, the main plaza is a few minutes walk away.

This place is in a good location between the main square and the market and the Inka ruins. It's about a five to ten-minute downhill walk to the train station, so handy for taking the train to Machu Picchu. The hotel has a traditional Spanish style patio in the middle with the rooms surrounding it, giving it a bit of...

We stayed with our 11 year old son for 1 night in October 2013, and we had a quad room for about $40 a night. It is a basic, no frills place. On the minus side, it was not very clean, and there is only a cold tap in the sink. However, there is a hot shower (most of the...

nice rooms around a small garden in a family run hostel. unreliable for trasportation (they forgot mine..), friendly, breakfast very poor. but the price is unbeatable (20 euro) for a big clean room, centrally located, just 2-3 minutes from central square. wifi sometimes..
