We went with an Overseas Adventure Travel tour group. The grounds are outstanding, the service was good, wifi good near the bar or restaurant. They have a yoga room. The flowers and trees and large grass area was beautiful. It is well kept up. The rooms were spacious but we needed space heaters due to room being cool.

Just a short drive from Ollantaytambo, Villa Urubamba is a secluded resort with gorgeous gardens and birds. The resident dog Kia loves to play! The cabins have a king bed and skylights...the only drawback is if you like dark to sleep...the sun's up early in January!!

If you like gardens and plants and feeling secluded from the rest of the world, this is the place for you! LOTS of hummingbirds! The rooms were rustic, but the garden flowerbeds were TO DIE FOR! There is a friendly dog on the property who loves attention and alerting everyone when someone new arrives. The included dinner and breakfast was...

We only spent one night here and i wished it could have been longer. The place is well run. The rooms are basic but just fine, although the lighting is very dim. The gardens are great and a fine place to relax. Pizza available in the restaurant! My son fell in love with the hotel dog, Kira, who is clearly...

We stayed just one night and found this villa very well kept and well run. We liked the simplicity of the room and the beauty of the landscaping. There was a small bar and a nice restaurant. The staff were all very pleasant. There was a very nice dog who lives on the property, and although we love dogs, our...

We recently stayed at the Villa Urabamba Sacred Valley Lodge as one night's accommodation when we were touring and headed to Machu Picchu. This is a wonderful and tranquille property that is on manicured and spotless garden filled grounds. The landscaping staff do an incredible job of maintaining the gardens and lawns and all of this adds to a serenity...

Our stay was brief, just one night, I wish it had been more. This was such a restful spot with a wonderful garden and landscaping. Our room was rather spare, no tv, no radio, there may not have even been a clock but, it didn't matter. It was clean and a nice break from all the chaos of the tourists...

Wonderful location. Amazing grounds with flowers and fruit trees. Simple but appealing rooms. Tranquil and quiet. Do some star gazing at night, the stars are very bright. I would go there again if I ever get back to Peru.

My husband and I recently spent two nights at the Villa Urubamba Hotel in the Sacred Valley. The Villa is all one story that is surrounded with beautiful plantings. Our room was cozy and decorated with representations of local art. We also had two breakfasts and one dinner at the Villa. Both were very good.
