My wife,myself and our guide stopped here for lunch. The restaurant is located upstairs. We were promptly greeted by a full,bustling place and polite English speaking greeters. The Inka House is Buffet only. Inside is multilevel, clean, and provides mild live music.

Nothing really special. An open buffet not really outstanding vs a high price if you compare with other very good restaurants here. It's kind of trap for tourists.
