We stayed in the Hotel Tahiti Nui for 3 days during our holidays in Tahiti. The hotel is centrally located with easy walking access to the central market, the ferry terminal and a number of good restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. It offered free internet access, but only in hte lobby, not available in...

We spent one night and one - early - morning at Hotel Tahiti Nui, and that's about all you need to see Pape'ete. Great location, affordable price, spacious rooms with tasteful decor, delicious breakfast and a nice pool open 24/7. The hotel has a kinda weird dark ambience - very little light on the floors - but that's a detail....

We stay just one night after a cruise with Princess. Pros:Two bedroom suite was very spacious, had a kitchen to cook ramen or something easy and for breakfast cereal. beds were comfy and staff was very friendly...helped us with a electrical adapter and directions around town. Cons: very steep stairs to the bedrooms, No shower curtains, so big mess and...

One of the few options for staying within walking distance of the centrum. But the rooms, though spacious and attractive, were poorly designed - particularly the bathrooms, which are probably the worst-designed we have ever experienced. Horrible lighting, shower sprays onto the floor because no curtain or barrier, and more. The breakfast was extremely expensive and of mediocre quality for...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip to Tahiti/Moorea in May. Although we could have stayed at a resort we quite like feeling like we are part of a city when we are staying in one rather than feeling more isolated out of town. The hotel was very close to the rest of Papeete including...

We chose the Hotel Tahiti Nui based on location. We had arrived on an evening flight too late to board a ferry to Moorea. The hotel arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel for about $16.00/person; they were waiting and billed the cost directly to the hotel. The property is contemporary and recently refurbished but shows a lack...

I think that this hotel is a good choice for transiting out of Tahiti. The pros: convenient location for walking around town to shopping/restaurants, comfortable room/bed (we had a superior room facing west which offered a nice sunset view and the room was quiet), nice pool, great if you have a late night flight from Papeete as the hotel stores...

We stayed two nights at the Tahiti-Nui at the end of our stay in French Polynesia. We chose it because it was convenient for seeing Papeete, which it was, five minutes from the food trucks, market, ferry terminal. Our 4th floor room was very modern & absolutely huge, but unfortunately was on the road side of the hotel. We're pretty...

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was modern and updated. Our room was a mini suite mountain view. It is very convenient a 2 block walk to the water front with many food trucks at 6:00 every night. All shopping very close. The breakfast was very expensive but on the second floor of the food...
