Nice clean hotel. We arrived about midnight and were greeted with smiles at the front desk, quickly checked in and headed to our room. The elevator is operated with your room card and it's a bit tricky to get working. There are no stairs which is a little concerning if there is ever a fire. Our room was on the...

Walking distance (with rollaway suitcases) to Ferry and Cruise Terminal - allowing for some dodgy footpaths along the way. The hotel is next to a Shell Service Station with some great snacks and reasonably-priced lunch items including baguettes. Very pleasant reception staff, humoured my attempt to speak poor French and answered in English when I failed! Staff enquired what time...

We stopped in Papeete after a 10 day sailboat charter. It was an absolute treat. The room was very large and spacious. Extremely clean with air conditioner. View out balcony towards the ocean was added treat. Spent a few minutes in the pool which was refreshing - liked the teak decking and greenery around pool. Our friends ate at restraunt...

what we expected, not bad, not great. close to ferry terminal & food trucks (3 blocks). hotel was dimly lit, weird blue led lights on room doors, hard to find 4th floor room. my wife thought i had booked a "hooker hotel" by the looks, but room was clean. noisy 4th floor street facing room, better later at night when...

About a XPF 2000 (roughly AUD20) taxi ride from Faa'a International Airport to hotel (no bus service operated from the airport to the city on the Sunday we arrived). Only a short walk to shops, waterfront esplanade, Bougainville Park, Cathedral of Notre Dame and the ferry terminal. Hotel reception staff friendly and efficient and check in and check out was...

Only a 15 minute walk up from the dock, we chose this place as a transition between arrival by boat and departure by plane. It was modern and clean with well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. We had already read about the gas station being next door so we asked and got a room at the rear of the hotel,...

As many other guests said, the hallway is very dark. There is dim light on the door only. We have to check out at 4:40 am and walking from our room to the lift lobby in dark is a bit scary. Room is clean and room size is OK. No shower curtain in bathroom.

A very nice and clean hotel located in the downtown area, close to the harbor, restaurants, open market and other sites of interest. Ms. Taaroa Lorenza and Mr. Tali Landry were very personable and helpful staff at the front desk. Highly recommend.

We were hesitant about the hotel because the neighbourhood, although convenient, is not attractive, but our travel agent was right. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and well run, with a few bonuses thrown in. The perfect overnight stop before boarding the Aranui for our cruise through the Marquesas with a last chance for free email access. And the nice...

Everything I read here on Trip Advisor about this hotel was absolutely on target, and I recommend it...if you prefer being downtown. To summarize: a 10-minute walk to the harbor, though crumbling sidewalks on the way; more a businessman's hotel without much Tahitian flair; large rooms, very clean, nice balcony; staff is friendly and efficient, but more a businessman's friendly...
